Senior Pastor
Rob grew up as one of God's "Frozen Chosen" in Fargo, North Dakota. Those early years helped shape his appreciation for faith, family, and community, while also giving him a healthy respect and love for long winters.
Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College in 2005 and later earned his Master’s degree from Liberty Baptist Theological University in 2015. He is a firm believer that learning never stops and hopes to begin working toward a Doctor of Ministry degree in the near future.
What Rob enjoys most about ministry is walking alongside people as they discover the incredible love of God. He believes everyone has a story, including himself, and there is nothing more rewarding than watching broken people encounter the grace of Jesus and experience the life-changing transformation that only He can bring.
When he's not serving at church, you'll likely find Rob hiking a trail, planning his next travel adventure, or competing in just about any sport. He jokes that he may not be very good at a new sport at first, but given enough time, he'll figure it out.

Youth Pastor
Jordan joined the Otterbein family as our youth pastor in 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Applied Ministry from Liberty University Online. Jordan finds long-term relationships to be the fuel and most rewarding part of ministry, and you can often find him meeting one-on-one with students over breakfast or coffee. He loves reading widely, and some of his favorites range from science fiction (J.R.R. Tolkien) to philosophy (Søren Kierkkegard). As a transplant from Chicago, he can’t turn down watching the Bears during football season and the Cubs during baseball season. Jordan lives with his wife, Caroline, in Greencastle.
Administrative Secretary
Carol joined the church in 2011 as the part time Administrative Secretary. She says, “It has been my pleasure to serve not only the Pastors and the Board but the congregation to bring Christ into everyone’s life though the support work that I do. No task is too small for anyone to ask for my help.” She and her husband became members of the church in 2019. She participates in OUB’s Peace by Piece Sewing Ministry. She is also the leader of the Hagerstown Quilts for Kids Chapter (QFK) and the White Swam Sewing ministry, both of which support Peace by Piece. She and her wonderful husband were married for 39 years.

Secretary
Holly has been a part of the Otterbein church family for over 20 years and started working here as a secretary in 2013. She holds a BSBA in Office Administration from Shippensburg University. Holly enjoys serving on our Mission's Commission and with our Special Blessings ministry. She lives in Hagerstown with her husband and two sons. When she's not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, crafting, or planning her next traveling adventure.
